SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

Two types of shipping are available, airmail with tracking by Netherlands Post or Swedish post (by country), worldwide delivery within 1-3 weeks (during certain periods (Christmas, summer holidays, Chinese New Year), delivery would be delayed), or by DHL Express (sometimes by EMS Express), delivery within 4-8 business days after shipping.

DHL Express : Depends on the weight and volume.

3 MONTHS FREE RETURN
after reception or 90 days after shipping if no possibility of tracking shipment.

Guarantee duration :

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year by standard exchange or repair according to the cases and the available similar products at the time of the return.

Return conditions :

After agreement, the return package has to be sent directly to our logistic centre in China (Shenzhen) or to Germany for European customers only.

From 1st Month to 3rd Month : Return postage to our logistic centre in Shenzhen China or Germany for European customers, by followed dispatching 100% paid back and free postage for the exchanges product. We refund this shipping by Paypal.

From the 4th to the 6th month : The postage to our logistic centre in China (Shenzhen) are paid by the customer. The exchanged or repaired product is free of postage with the same transporter than the one chosen by the customer when the order was placed.

From the 7th to the 12th month : The delivery fees to our logistics centre in China (Shenzhen) are payable by the customer together with the postage of the repaired or exchanged product.
